Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as received
    • In the original packaging
    • Accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase
  • Customized or special-order items are not eligible for return unless defective.

  • We accept returns from all countries and regions that we ship to.
  • International customers are responsible for ensuring returned items comply with local shipping regulations.

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review your request and send you return approval and instructions within 1–2 business days.
  4. After approval, ship the item back according to the provided instructions.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
  • Taxes (if applicable) will be refunded in accordance with local regulations.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products that show signs of use or damage not caused during shipping
