Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

We currently ship only within the United States. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the United States will not be accepted at this time.

Replacement Parts

Replacement parts are shipped from China and are typically processed and shipped within 15–20 business days.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Please note that tracking information may not update immediately. Tracking details will become available only after the package has been dispatched from the warehouse and scanned by the carrier, which may take 24–72 hours after shipment.
